- Based on the data collected, the app gives personalized health recommendations (e.g. supplementation) or flags when to see a doctor
- Small, founder‑led team, already generating solid recurring revenue
- Engineering team is in place — now it's time to build the go-to-market engine
- Fast‑paced, hands‑on, high‑ownership environment
You won't join an existing sales team — you'll build the system the future sales team runs on.
- Design and build an AI-powered sales system that generates leads automatically and reliably
- Deep hands‑on use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist & similar
- Connect the system to the CRM so leads flow in cleanly
- Own it end‑to‑end: from first prototype to a fully professionalised, scalable engine
Rough timeline
- First few months: Core system framework in place
- Following months: First leads starting to trickle in
- Mid‑term: System fully professionalised
- Ongoing: Own, test, and refine the system in production

Once the engine runs, you decide:
- Move on to your next challenge, or
- Stay and grow into Head of Sales or Go‑to‑Market Team Lead
- Attractive base salary up to €110K
- Equity package on top
- Commission on closed deals
- You have built something like this before (even in a basic version)
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and sales/outbound tools (Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
- True hustle mentality | you want to grind, not coast
- Genuine interest in health & longevity topics
- English is fine | no German required
- 5 days/week on‑site | this is a builder role, not remote‑first
- Small, high‑intensity founder‑led team
