Change Management Specialist Intern
to help drive change initiatives across teams and processes.
Only applicants residing in Switzerland (citizens or valid permit holders) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of internal change initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and assist in developing communication plans
- Monitor resistance and adoption across key business units
- Help build training and onboarding resources for new processes/tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- Strong interest in change management, operations, or organizational development
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello) is a plus
- Fluent in English (German/French a bonus)
- Organized, empathetic, and highly reliable in a remote setting
