Founded in 2011, G-20 is the leading financial service provider active in traditional and digital assets. Our team is looking for a Compliance Officer (f/m, 40-50%) to fill in an important gap in our administration and help us to improve all our processes.
You will take responsibility for managing compliance processes. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a compliance officer, and a deep understanding of business organizations.
Start: As soon as possible
Applicant should be able to work in Switzerland.
We offer the position to European citizens with a valid B or C- permit only.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the onboarding process, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, and other relevant departments to streamline and enhance onboarding procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, anticipating changes and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees, cultivating a culture of compliance during onboarding.
- Act as the go-to resource, providing timely guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain meticulous records related to onboarding and compliance activities.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, with a strong focus on successful onboarding practices.
- Commercial degree with further training as a Compliance Officer or equivalent training in law, or Bachelor in Laws, Business, Management.
- Experience in dealing with legal matters and administration.
- Skilled in planning and project management, with proven track record of task management and task completion.
- Resourceful, thorough, and work with an analytical approach.
- Assertive and have the ability to complete tasks without direct supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
