We are seeking an IT Operations professional (m/f – 100%) who is enthusiastic about automation and integration. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to maintain and enhance the data flow across various platforms and systems, ensuring its reliability and security. You will leverage your expertise in scripting, collaboration, source-code management, and network awareness to optimize our operations and infrastructure functions. You will also contribute to the improvement of our processes and review frameworks by following best practices and standards. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Good programming knowledge in R, Python, and SQL
- Practical experience in developing scripts for tools automation
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and an appetite for systems thinking
- Proficiency with business analytics tools such as Power BI/Power Automation, etc.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic, interdisciplinary team of experts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and secure flow of data across different platforms and systems, using scripting, collaboration, source-code management, and network awareness tools
- Optimize the operations and infrastructure functions by automating and integrating processes, tasks, and workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the data flow, the network infrastructure, the servers, and the external services
- Implement and maintain best practices and standards for data protection, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with other IT teams, such as DevOps, security, and service desk, to support the delivery and maintenance of IT services and solutions
- Contribute to the improvement of the IT operations and infrastructure functions by providing feedback, suggestions, and innovations
