Abbott is seeking a Regional General Manager (m/f/d) DACH & BeNeLux, Molecular Diagnostics, who will be responsible for creating and managing a business strategy and its execution to meet and exceed the commercial and financial goals for the markets under their responsibility for the region.
This role represents the Abbott Molecular organization internally and externally, directly leads the commercial teams, through collaboration with other Abbott Molecular functions, ensure the smooth running of all territory operations and will continuously enhance the team performance and capabilities by providing coaching, feedback and establishing a robust management cadence.
