We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to assist our client with their array of projects, including data centres, pharmaceutical plants, gigafactories, and more.
The organization is a general contractor based in Germany. Although they are new in name, they have been formed from a collection of long-standing and respected companies in the field.
With several projects already underway in Germany and many more in the pipeline, they are actively expanding and aiming to establish a strong presence not just in Germany but across the DACH region.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop new partnerships through relationship building and client visits.
- Coordinate with project managers and site managers to ensure timely delivery, adhering to regulations and leasing procedures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors.
- Communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the company to scope work and maintain clarity.
- Have a strong understanding of German VAT and market regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Management or similar roles (e.g., Business Unit Manager, Project Director).
- Possess a strong blend of technical, communication, and engineering skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities.
