A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major construction project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across the project.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 Safety Technicians.
- Act as the primary HSE contact for the client and key stakeholders.
- Chair safety meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager, EHS Manager, HSSE Manager or Safety Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, energy or engineering projects.
- Ability to operate confidently in a client-facing environment.
