Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall site logistics strategy for a large-scale hyperscale data centre project.
- Coordinate all site deliveries, material movements, access routes, and traffic management plans.
- Manage logistics operations on a compact and constrained construction site.
- Coordinate multiple contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee the rental and utilisation of cranes, lifting equipment, plant, and temporary site infrastructure.
- Work closely with construction, MEP, commissioning, and project teams to minimise disruption and maintain programme milestones.
- Drive health, safety, and operational compliance across all logistics activities.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or similarly complex project experience.
- Experience managing logistics on compact or logistically challenging sites.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Experience managing heavy equipment, plant, and rental requirements.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
- Knowledge of HV infrastructure, MEP installation, and commissioning activities.
- Experience working on projects exceeding €500m in value.
- German language skills.
