G2 are supporting a large EPC to recruit several Freelance HSE Managers / Supervisors to oversee Wind Turbine construction projects located in Germany.
The successful candidate must have experience with Onshore wind and hold a GWO and G41.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce HSE standards across all site activities.
- Ensure compliance with German HSE legislation, project requirements, and site procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, concrete works, and working at height.
- Review RAMS, permits, and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain HSE documentation and support continuous safety improvement.
Requirements to be considered
- Proven HSE Manager/Supervisor experience on onshore wind construction projects.
- Experience with concrete tower or large-scale civil construction projects.
- Valid GWO BST and G41 Certificate
- Fluent English required; German and/or Spanish desirable. xayajpt
- Available to work a 3 weeks on / 1 week off freelance rotation in Germany.
