A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Structural Engineering Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects in the Karlsruhe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering projects from planning through to delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and change management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years' experience in structural engineering or engineering consultancy.
- Proven project management experience on industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Fluent German and professional English.
- Willingness to attend site and client meetings as required.
