Our client in Austria are seeking an experienced
Electrical Quality Engineer
to join the site team on a major data centre construction project in Linz. This role will play a key part in ensuring all electrical installations are delivered to the highest quality standards, in compliance with project specifications, Austrian regulations, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect electrical installation works throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct quality walkdowns and inspections across LV, MV, containment, cabling, grounding and associated electrical systems. Verify works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and project quality procedures. Manage punch lists, snagging activities and close-out processes. Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, test packs and turnover dossiers. Liaise with subcontractors, construction managers, commissioning teams and client representatives to resolve quality issues. Ensure all works comply with relevant Austrian regulations, electrical standards and project-specific requirements. Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Quality Engineer, Electrical QA/QC Engineer, Quality Inspector or similar position. Strong understanding of electrical installation practices across mission-critical environments. Knowledge of Austrian electrical regulations, standards and compliance requirements. Proactive, flexible and capable of working within a fast-paced construction environment.
