Senior Project Manager

We’re partnered with a leading engineering consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a major data‑centre construction project in Munich .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys coordinating diverse teams to deliver large‑scale building projects. You’ll be responsible for aligning technical requirements, stakeholder expectations, and overall project objectives to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading large construction or infrastructure projects, with a focus on data‑centre environments .
• Acting as the central coordination point between client teams, engineering specialists, and external partners.
• Providing expert input on energy efficiency, resilience, sustainability , and the long‑term operational needs of high‑performance facilities.

What we’re looking for

• A degree related to building design or technical engineering (e.g., architecture, electrical engineering, building services ).
• Proven experience managing sizeable or technically demanding construction projects, ideally within mission‑critical or high‑infrastructure environments.
• Approximately 10+ years in project leadership, including coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• German language skills are preferred.
