Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the on‑site execution of a large‑scale Hydrogen Project. You will ensure that all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting the project schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for hydrogen infrastructure installation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Monitor progress, enforce HSE standards, and ensure compliance with German regulations.
• Support commissioning activities and assist with handover documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, EPC contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records, risk assessments, and daily reports.

Requirements

• EU‑registered freelancer with valid work rights in Germany.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Previous experience in hydrogen projects, industrial plants, or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of German safety and compliance standards.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
