About the Role The Regional Country Manager (East EU, Turkey & Israel) is responsible for developing and implementing the distribution sales strategy to achieve our commercial goals in the region. The role involves building strong relationships with regional distributors, improving distributor performance, and being fully accountable for sales volume, revenue, and market share targets while understanding local laws, regulations, and the automotive market.
Key Responsibilities Importer and Distributors Network Management
Develop, evaluate, authorize, and manage importers/distributors in Eastern Europe.
Establish and continuously optimize the dealer network to ensure adequate market coverage, profitability, and brand consistency.
Guide and supervise importers and dealers in achieving sales targets, inventory management, and channel compliance requirements.
Regularly organize dealer meetings, business reviews, and training programs to enhance channel sales capabilities.
Sales Execution and Performance Management
Oversee and drive vehicle wholesale and retail sales execution.
Manage sales forecasting, order management, inventory turnover, and coordination between sales and production to align supply with demand.
Monitor sales data, KPIs, and business performance indicators, and regularly report sales progress and issue analysis to headquarters.
Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Pricing, Policy, and Commercial Management
Develop regional pricing strategies, sales policies, incentive schemes, and rebate programs for the European market, ensuring compliant implementation.
Lead commercial negotiations with importers and key customers, manage contract execution, and oversee major commercial terms.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to control credit risk, accounts receivable, and contractual risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Brand Development
Collaborate with marketing, product, aftersales, logistics, and quality teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand image.
Participate in go-to-market strategies for new model launches in Europe, including pricing recommendations and sales volume forecasts.
Ensure all sales activities comply with EU and local regulations, including competition law and consumer protection requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure that all sales operations strictly comply with EU and local laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s compliance policies and internal control systems.
Identify and manage business, legal, and reputational risks related to sales activities.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of working experience in fleet sales and remarketing in Eastern Europe, Turkey, or Israel at a motor company or OEM headquarters.
Fluent in English, with strong business negotiation, report writing, and cross-functional communication skills with Chinese headquarters; proficiency in Turkish, Hebrew, or any Eastern European language is a strong advantage.
Customer‑oriented and results‑oriented mindset.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in building a brand or company from 0‑1.
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, self‑starting, and hands‑on approach.
