We are looking for a Level Artist to join our team. Your responsibilities:
- Create and populate game levels with 3D assets and textures that align with the game's artistic direction and narrative;
- Improve existing models and textures;
- Work closely with the art team, game designers, and programmers to integrate level assets seamlessly into the game engine;
- Create technical specifications and monitor progress;
- Actively participate in critique playtests and incorporate feedback from the lead artists and other team members to refine level designs.
Our candidate should have:
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, including modeling and unwrapping;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including working with layers and masks;
- Knowledge of Substance Designer at a proficient level;
- Understanding of PBR principles;
- Familiarity with game engine workflows and shader functionality;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in game development or other CG industries;
- Attention to detail, a growth-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach;
- Ability to articulate thoughts concisely and clearly.
The advantage will be:
