Our U.S. business has developed a strong offline dealer network, with 400+ local dealers, and the company has maintained rapid revenue growth in recent years.

About the Role

Heybike is looking for an experienced International Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing teams in the United States and Europe.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process for overseas positions, including retail, sales, operations, technical service, and corporate roles. You will work closely with hiring managers in the US, Europe, and China to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment process for positions across the US and Europe, from job intake to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Conduct resume reviews, screening interviews, candidate assessments, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer discussions.
  • Follow up closely with candidates and internal teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Talent Mapping

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, recruitment agencies, professional networks, referrals, and other local channels.
  • Build talent pipelines for key positions, including retail management, sales, business development, operations, and technical service roles.
  • Conduct talent market research and provide insights on candidate availability, compensation expectations, competitors, and local hiring trends.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified passive candidates.

3. Recruitment Strategy and Business Partnership

  • Develop recruitment strategies based on business expansion plans in the US and Europe.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, market conditions, interview methods, and hiring decisions.
  • Support workforce planning and help business teams prioritize urgent and critical hiring needs.
  • Work closely with headquarters and overseas teams to improve recruitment efficiency.

4. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

  • Provide candidates with clear and accurate information about the company, position, compensation structure, and recruitment process.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
  • Support employer-branding activities and improve Heybike's visibility in overseas talent markets.
  • Help create and optimize English job descriptions, recruitment materials, and candidate communication templates.

5. Recruitment Operations and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the company's recruitment system.
  • Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, time to hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring progress.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to business leaders.
  • Follow applicable recruitment, equal-employment, pay-transparency, and candidate-data privacy requirements in the US and Europe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • One to three years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting in the US and/or European markets; experience covering both regions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for retail, sales, operations, mobility, consumer products, or technical service positions is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills and practical experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Good understanding of overseas recruitment processes and candidate-market practices.
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • An additional European language is a plus.
  • Strong interviewing, stakeholder-management, and offer-negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
  • Comfortable working with international teams and joining necessary cross-time-zone meetings.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to China and other locations as required by business needs.

Work Authorization Requirement

  • Candidates must currently reside in the United States or Europe and hold valid authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Candidates must be able to work locally on a long-term basis.
