To support the development and evolution of our IT environment, we are looking for a:
IT Specialist 100% - Permanent Contract
Your tasks:
- Optimise the business ERP (Quorum) by implementing and integrating new modules, demonstrating analytical skills. - Ensure the implementation of our Work Management application (Monday.com). - Oversee projects related to IT security, with rigour. - Participate in improvement projects and the search for new software, driven by your curiosity. - Contribute to the management and development of the IT infrastructure, with organisation. - Train users on IT tools and the business ERP, demonstrating pedagogy. - Manage the follow-up of requests and tickets addressed to IT partners, with a good sense of priorities. - Install and configure Windows workstations, peripherals, and applications, autonomously. - Provide technical support to users for hardware and software incidents, with a service-oriented approach. - Manage and update IT documentation, with precision. - Participate in the creation and optimisation of internal procedures, driven by your continuous improvement mindset. - Ensure the daily electronic management of documents (EDM), with rigour.
Your profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a generalist IT specialist or equivalent training. - Ideally, you have some experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of Quorum and/or Monday.com software is an asset. - You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - You are organised, autonomous, and enjoy interacting with users. - You demonstrate good stress management and know how to prioritise. - You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and process optimisation. - You are motivated to train on the company’s various business software.
