You will not inherit a finished design function — you will build it, lead it, and be accountable for it end-to-end. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Design Lead, you will have full ownership of the entire design function at over99. You will act as the single point of responsibility for all design output, decisions, and quality standards across the business. /p pYou will define and enforce a bold, modern, non-generic brand identity, while ensuring the flexibility needed to operate in a high-velocity crypto casino environment.
