This position balances strategic insight with hands‑on execution; they need someone proactive who challenges assumptions, delivers clear recommendations, and takes full accountability for results. /p pYou will report directly to the Senior SEO Manager (who leads overarching portfolio strategy) while collaborating closely with in‑house Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure every page is commercially viable, technically sound, and search‑optimized. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive SEO performance, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes across assigned web properties in alignment with portfolio priorities. /li liDirect on‑page strategies, including metadata, internal linking architecture, search intent alignment, and content gap closures. /li liConduct in‑depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify scalable, high‑impact growth opportunities. /li liMonitor KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and complementary tools; quickly diagnose ranking fluctuations, identify risks, and translate insights into action plans. /li liExecute comprehensive site audits, define clear technical requirements for developers, and validate post‑deployment fixes. /li liPartner with the Content Team on briefs, templates, and pre‑publish optimizations to maintain high search standards. /li liEvaluate backlink profiles, identify strategic link opportunities, and mitigate potential risk factors. /li liMaintain a clear, prioritized SEO backlog, communicating progress, blockers, and outcomes effectively to key stakeholders. /li liContribute to broader SEO, content, and experimental RD initiatives as business priorities evolve. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling multi‑site portfolios or substantial web assets. /li liSolid background within iGaming and affiliate marketing environments. /li liDeep understanding of on‑page SEO principles, robust technical SEO capabilities, and a practical grasp of off‑page strategies. /li liAdvanced proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. /li liComfortable managing content within modern CMS platforms and performing basic HTML/CSS edits. /li liStrong data fluency with the ability to turn complex metrics into actionable commercial strategy. /li liExceptional written and verbal English communication skills. /li liExperience with AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code, vibe coding, or prompt‑driven automation). /li /ul h3About Meta Hire Group /h3 pBorn in UAE Operating Globally.
