Tasks & Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial project management for 2-3 construction projects, currently focused on sanitary and heating systems, from planning through successful handover
- Maintain an overview of subcontractor invoices, review them carefully, and forward them for further processing
- Lead the project team both professionally and disciplinarily as team leader
- Actively manage and take responsibility for technically correct, budget-compliant, and on-time project delivery
- Ensure reliable construction site and installation supervision so that everything runs according to plan
- Carry out project evaluations for internal controlling
- Participate in construction meetings on site and represent the company's interests towards all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in supply engineering, building services engineering, or a similar field OR solid professional experience in Technical Building Services (TGA)
- 4-6 years of successful experience managing construction projects in the TGA/HVAC field
- Very good commercial understanding for project management and control
- Experience with people and budget management
- Strong knowledge of the relevant regulations, DIN standards, and norms in the HVAC field, especially for public construction projects
