Take ownership of everything that keeps GAMECODE.Ai running, so our CEO and CTO can focus on clubs, partners and product.You build and run the operational backbone of the company and take core administrative work off the CEO and CTO's desk, end to end.Finance & ControllingOwn budgeting, liquidity planning and cash-flow forecasting for both entitiesSet up monthly reporting and KPIs for the CEO and CTO, board and investorsSteer bookkeeping, payroll, year-end closing and tax topics with external accountants and fiduciaries in Switzerland and GermanyManage invoicing, receivables, payables and cost controlFundraising & Investor Relations SupportPrepare financial models, data rooms and investor updatesCoordinate due diligence and the administrative side of financing rounds (e.g. convertible loans, cap table, shareholder resolutions)Legal, Contracts & Corporate GovernanceManage contracts with clubs, partners, freelancers and suppliers, working with external lawyersOrganize board meetings, general meetings and corporate filingsAdminister equity and incentive programs (ESOP, virtual shares, advisory agreements)People OperationsRun HR administration: employment and contractor agreements, onboarding, offboarding, compensation modelsSupport hiring processes and build scalable HR structures for a growing teamProcesses, Tools & OrganisationBuild lean, AI-first processes for finance, legal and admin, with Claude and smart automation at their core instead of extra headcountCoordinate insurance, IT administration, office and travel organizationKeep projects and deadlines on track and act as the CEO and CTO's sparring partner for operational decisionsFinance & Controlling Ownership & Leadership AI-first Processes Legal & Governance Investor Relations People Operations TeamplayYour ProfileOur RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced leader who has already carried top-level management responsibility and enjoys building structure in a fast-moving startup.Must Haves5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a top-level management role (e.g. COO, CFO, Head of Operations, Managing Director or Chief of Staff)Proven track record of working independently and taking full ownership of results without close guidanceAI-native way of working: Claude is already your everyday co-worker.
