We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Producer to lead the LiveOps development of our exciting portfolio of free-to-play (F2P) social community card and board games. In this role, you will manage the LiveOps production roadmap, content updates and planning. You will lead feature development and steer a talented team dedicated to enhancing our players\‘ experience. You will oversee our initiatives to create exciting LiveOps events and strategies to keep our games engaging and profitable.

Tasks
Your tasks
- Lead LiveOps Development : Drive and implement the vision of our games\‘ LiveOps lifecycle, shaping exciting experiences for our players.
- Roadmap Creation : Craft and monitor product roadmaps that outline strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Oversee Production Team : Manage a dedicated LiveOps Production Team, guiding feature and content development and pipeline.
- Communicate Vision : Clearly convey product vision and priorities to teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Boost Performance : Collaborate closely with Art, Development, Production, and Design teams, and Product Managers to review LiveOps performance and enhance player engagement.
- Improve Processes : Develop sustainable processes that improve efficiency and predictability in our production efforts.

- Track Record : Demonstrated success in shipping and maintaining live game features and content.
