People Business Partner Germany (m/w/d) (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule) - Personalmanagement)

What will you be doing day-to-day:
– As a People Business Partner you are responsible for direct people partnering with the sales & operations (commercial) teams in Germany and their management teams.
– You ensure an engaged organization and act as an ambassador for the Gamma culture and values.
– You maintain high levels of positive employee experience for the employees in Germany by acting as coach and trusted adviser to local management teams and employees.
– You provide advice and executional support to the Group Functional Business Partners.
– You are implementing policies and projects with regards to People Services, Recruitment, Talent/Learning and Reward with full support from the central team of specialists (COE\’s).
– You personally engage in Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for and within Germany.
– You establish and maintain trusted partnership with the works councils in all German locations.
Hybrid role:
– This is a hybrid role with flexibility – our team comes together in our offices (Oberkotzau, Cologne) as well as ensure they are connected when at home.
