Job Responsibilities
- Full support of the employee lifecycle for your retail region (Netherlands & Belgium)
- Placing job advertisements and conducting applicant interviews
- Review and optimize current processes and benefits
- Very close cooperation with our managers
- Process and manage all HR related administration
- Supervision of our internal development program and moderation of training courses
- Shape our employer branding and effectively communicate our corporate values both internally and externally.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable “Ausbildung”
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR sector, desirably also in supporting Belgium and/or Netherlands
- Courage to try new things and enjoy constant change
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A structured and organized approach to work
- Fluency in English and German, Dutch is an advantage
- Occasional travel within your region
