Your area of responsibility includes:

1. IT support for hardware and software both at the head office and at external locations.
2. Installation, configuration, and support of end devices, printers, networks, VPN, and security solutions.
3. Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
4. Administration of the virtual Microsoft environment and management of Veeam backups.
5. Monitoring of the IT infrastructure and license management.
