To strengthen our team, we are looking for an After-Sales Receptionist for a start date as soon as possible.
Your duties
- Welcome and advise customers at the workshop reception. - Schedule appointments and organise interventions. - Prepare repair orders and ensure the follow-up of files. - Act as the link between customers and the workshop. - Manage phone calls, emails and administrative tasks. - Ensure the provision of quality customer service.
Your profile
- Proven experience as an After-Sales Receptionist or background as an automotive mechanic with a good knowledge of workshop operations. - Excellent organisational skills and a sense of priorities. - Stress-resistant and able to manage several files simultaneously. - Service-oriented, personable and excellent communication skills. - Autonomous, rigorous and dynamic individual. - Proficient with computer tools.
