Garmin Health Business Development team in Würzburg is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d)
- BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL
- Project management for new and existing projects and support of our Business development Managers.
- You will actively work on internal projects e. g.
EDI integration solutions to support us in the development of drop-shipment opportunities.
This involves collaborating with our external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration.
- Planning and executing projects (primarily in the insurance industry vertical), especially during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase to ensure a successful project kickoff and smooth transition of the larger project roll-out.
- Create reporting on project planning and status.
- Building a FAQ / Knowledge Base for new partnerships as well as improving and structuring the information flow between GH Engineering, Product Management, Business Development Management (BDM), and Sales and marketing offices in the different regions.
- Internal communication and documentation of projects.
- Overseeing the development and improvement of CRM and other low-code improvements to the tools used by the Garmin Health teams globally (Notification services, information exchange between Developer Support team and GH BDM)
- Analyze the available collected data to make informed business decisions and improve business intelligence as well as potential room for improvement on the data-collection.
- Overseeing tasks for student help on developing CIQ Watchfaces incl. code-review
- YOU ARE
- Bachelor, Master / MBA in business administration / economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- At least one year of professional experience in project management, or strategy consulting with focus on process improvement.
- Initial experience in object-oriented programming.
- Customer orientation and a confident and competent appearance as well as assertiveness.
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage.
- Understanding of and interest in information technology (especially data interfaces), and software solutions.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, especially in recognizing complex larger connections.
