Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and manage stakeholder, system, and software requirements
- Create and maintain clear and testable system requirement specifications
- Collaborate across teams to align requirements with business and project goals
- Identify inconsistencies and manage change requests efficiently
- Coordinate requirement reviews and improve related processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE
- Communicate risks and status updates to project stakeholders
- Drive practical, solution-oriented approaches in a cross-functional environment
- Maintain high-quality documentation and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related technical field, with 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in requirements analysis
- Understanding of ASPICE standards
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JAMA, DOORS)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology
- Experience working with global teams
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on priorities
- Receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
- High-quality work documentation and organizational skills
- Professional approach in conflict situations
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Preferred: experience with data analysis tools, scripting, and AI applications
