Overview
In this role you will drive new business with large enterprise clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client-value and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with sales goals. The position sits within Gartner’s growth-focused Business Development function, where collaboration and coaching support your advancement. - Identify and pursue new opportunities with target organizations across territory
- Convert prospects into Gartner clients and transition to account management
- Deliver value by pairing insights with practical tools for clients
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline to meet KPIs
- Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Manage complex, high-revenue sales across diverse environments
- Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to shape priorities
- Achieve quota and drive full sales cycle from outreach to closure
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years’ B2B sales or recruitment experience in complex, intangible environments
- Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to forecast and manage a complex sales process
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree – desired
