You work with a collaborative team to address senior finance priorities and present findings to clients at meetings and Gartner events. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for transforming controllership processes (AP, AR, financial close).
- Guide clients on using AI and automation to improve processing efficiency and strategic CFO outcomes.
- Collaborate with experienced analysts to develop authoritative research and tailored advice.
- Engage with clients daily via videoconferencing or Gartner events to deliver high-quality insights.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and practical guidance in client discussions and presentations.
- Stay ahead of developments in accounting technologies, finance tech, and transformation strategy.
- Present research and insights in face-to-face or virtual formats with clarity and executive presence.
- Support vendor evaluations by aligning use cases with client needs.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- 8+ years of experience leading accounting teams supporting record-to-report in large multinationals with transformation experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting automation vendors and technologies associated with financial accounting processes, including ERPs
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred; Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% regionally and globally
