To strengthen our production workshop, we are looking for a:
Filleter / Filleuse (M/F)
Your mission:
At the heart of our production chain, you are responsible for enhancing our seafood products. You work with precision to meet the high demands of our clientele.
Your main responsibilities:
Production and cutting: Fillet, debone and portion all types of sea and freshwater fish.
Yield and excellence: Ensure the quality of the cut both in its aesthetic presentation and in optimal yield.
Quality and food safety: Identify and immediately inform your superior in case of parasites in the fish. You have the duty and responsibility to stop production in case of non-compliance of the goods and to notify the competent authority.
Strict hygiene: Strictly adhere to current hygiene procedures (wearing gloves, aprons, knife maintenance, etc.), maintain the cleanliness of your workstation and carry out cleaning at the end of production according to the established plan.
Your profile:
Technical skills: Perfect mastery of the knife, thorough knowledge of different fish species and their morphologies.
Experience: Proven and successful experience in a similar filleting position (fishmonger, wholesaler, or large retail).
Personal skills: You are rigorous, autonomous and able to work effectively under production flow pressure. You have a strong team spirit and attention to detail to avoid any customer complaints.
