To strengthen our production department, we are looking for a: Fish Filleter Your mission: At the heart of our production chain, you are the guarantor of the quality of our seafood products.
You work with precision to meet the high requirements of our clientele.
Main responsibilities: Production and cutting:- Fillet, debone, and portion all types of sea and freshwater fish.
Yield and excellence:- Ensure the quality of the cut in terms of both aesthetics and yield.
Quality and sanitary safety:- Identify and inform your supervisor in case of the presence of parasites in the fish.
You have the duty and responsibility to interrupt production in case of non-conformity of the merchandise and to notify the competent authority.
Strict hygiene:- Rigorously respect the hygiene procedures in force (wearing gloves, aprons, maintenance of knives, etc.), maintain the cleanliness of your workstation, and execute cleaning at the end of production according to the established plan.
Profile: Technical skills:- Perfect mastery of the knife, in-depth knowledge of different fish species and their anatomy.
Experience:- Confirmed and successful experience in a similar position in filleting (seafood, wholesaler, or large distribution).
Personal aptitudes:- You are rigorous, autonomous, and capable of working effectively under the pressure of production flows.
You possess a strong team spirit and attention to detail to avoid any waste.
