- Provide advanced technical application support and product demonstrations at customer sites and conferences.
- Perform BLI analysis of customer samples for specificity, kinetics, and affinity.
- Develop and transfer expert knowledge through training and support of hardware/software.
Qualifications:
- PhD or MS with 5+ years experience in label-free technology like BLI or SPR.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work from a remote home base.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and pass a health screening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like SFDC.
