- Independent management and execution of demanding architectural projects across all service phases of the HOAI ( German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
- Project management with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
- Leadership and coordination of the internal project team
- Central contact person for building owners, clients, authorities, specialist planners and executing companies
- Coordination and integration of all specialist planning services
- Responsibility for design, approval, execution and detailed planning
- Preparation and monitoring of tenders, contracts and costs
- Project support and management during execution and construction supervision
- Preparation, management and documentation of project and construction meetings
- Early identification of risks, interfaces and necessary decisions
- Ensuring our internal quality standards and project processes
- Close coordination with management
Your profile
- Completed degree in architecture
- At least 10 years of professional experience in architecture
- Several years of demonstrable experience in independent project management
- Solid experience across several, or ideally all, project phases
- Excellent knowledge of detailed planning, tendering, awarding contracts and construction management
- Confident handling of costs, deadlines and project organization
- Experience in coordinating complex teams of specialist planners
- Confident and professional demeanor towards clients and project partners
- High level of design and technical understanding
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented work style
- Ability to clearly lead a project team, delegate tasks, and bring about decisions.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
