- Develop and refine game concepts and mechanics for casino games in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain game design documentation and define features and gameplay flows
- Define game rules, bonus features, and overall user experience to balance engagement
- Support implementation through the development process and ensure market readiness
- Analyze existing games and market trends to inspire new ideas
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring concepts to life
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Game Design, Media Informatics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in game design, product design, or game development is an advantage; motivated graduates welcome
- Passion for games with solid understanding of game mechanics, UX, and balancing
- Structured and creative working style with clear communication
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
