As Senior Mathematician Gaming, you own the mathematical core of our casino game designs, shaping concepts and mechanics with cross-functional partners. You’ll create and refine mathematical models translating design needs into robust gameplay systems, while guiding implementation across concurrent projects. You act as the bridge between design, development, and production to ensure consistent, high-quality player experiences. You’ll also lead validation efforts to ensure accuracy and system integrity, making a visible impact on our product and studio.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead design and development of advanced game concepts and mechanics with Game Art Directors and cross-functional teams
- Create, validate, and optimize complex mathematical models that translate design requirements into scalable gameplay systems
- Design and oversee implementation of game logic across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability
- Act as a key interface between design, development, and production to align mathematical systems, gameplay vision, and technical implementation
- Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure accuracy of calculations, system integrity, and high-quality player experience
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (focus on combinatorics, probability, statistics, or applied mathematics)
- Several years of professional experience in a mathematical, systems design, or game development environment
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Excellent English skills (German is an advantage)
