Appian Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Trainer proficient in the German language to deliver comprehensive training programs. The trainer will ensure participants gain a deep understanding of the standard system, including configurations and developments beyond low-code and BPM functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions in German, ensuring participants learn to carry out configurations and developments in Appian.
• Teach participants how to adapt automatically generated code from the low-code function.
• Impart knowledge and skills for developing new components and extending functions that cannot be mapped via low-code and BPM functionalities.
• Cover all necessary development tools and possibilities in the training program.
• Provide hands-on training and practical examples to ensure participants can apply their knowledge effectively.
• Evaluate the progress of participants and provide feedback to improve their skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
• Extensive experience with Appian, including low-code and BPM functionalities.
• Strong understanding of code adaptation and development of new components.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

Certification in Appian (preferred).
