Job Title: MES Support Engineer Location: Hamburg, Germany – open for other sites in Germany depending where you are based Start Date: August/September 2025 Experience Required: 4–6 years in Manufacturing & Quality-related shop floor applications, including hands-on production support. Language : German is mandatory Provide day-to-day support for shopfloor IT and MES applications barcode scanners, printers, smart devices) Follow IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity) Communicate with business users, OEMs, and IT stakeholders Participate in shift rotation and support model adherence Experience with shopfloor systems and line-side IT devices
