As Corporate Legal & Compliance Counsel (m/f/d), you will be part of a generalist legal team that advises the internationally orientated GBTEC Group on all legal aspects. Your range of tasks will include reviewing and drafting contracts, IT and copyright law, corporate and commercial law, data protection and compliance. In our dynamic and growing company, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape the legal department with your own ideas. Together with a motivated team, you will make a significant contribution to GBTEC’s national and international growth.
Responsibilities
- Together with the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts (in particular IT contracts, service/work contracts) in German and English.
- You will continuously develop our contract and compliance management to support further growth.
- You will also be responsible for providing legal advice to the specialist departments and supporting them in compliance issues.
- You will support the continuous development of the department through changing projects.
- You will also take on tasks in the context of further internationalisation, such as advising foreign companies and assisting in the negotiation of customer contracts abroad.
Your profile
- You are a lawyer (m/f/d) with at least a successfully passed first state examination, business lawyer (m/f/d), Bachelor of Law or a comparable degree.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience, especially in contract law.
- Knowledge of IT and corporate law would be advantageous.
- You are characterised by independent, goal-oriented, structured and precise work as well as a high level of quality awareness.
- You are willing to familiarise yourself quickly with new areas of law and adapt to changing requirements.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
