Consolidation Manager (f/m/d) . This is an exciting opportunity to join the global headquarters organization and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant Group consolidation and financial reporting processes in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER. As part of the principal company (GCIAG), acting as the global headquarters of the Group, the role contributes to the continuous improvement and further development of Group-wide consolidation processes, systems, and financial standards, supporting scalable and efficient finance operations across all regions. Your Responsibilities
Responsible for the monthly consolidation process including IC difference clean-up Support the preparation of monthly reporting for Executive Management and the Board Prepare annual consolidated Group Financial Statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER Support the preparation of the Annual Report Prepare audit working papers and coordinate with external auditors Maintain and further develop the Group Reporting Calendar Maintain and further develop the Group Accounting Manual, IC-Transaction Guidelines, and SOPs related to the consolidation process Support the maintenance and optimization of the Group consolidation system (Cognos), including automation and system enhancement initiatives Ensure consistency and alignment of the Group Chart of Accounts within Cognos Support the governance and coordination of the Internal Control System (ICS) at Group level Coordinate IC activities for all Swiss entities Provide guidance and training to local entities regarding Swiss GAAP FER and accounting treatment topics Support the consistent application of Group accounting policies across international entities Participate in Group-wide projects focused on process optimization, reporting improvements, and finance transformation initiatives Your Profile
Advanced degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance & Accounting Several years of experience in Group Accounting & Reporting, i.e., Consolidation within an international environment, or Swiss CPA qualification Strong understanding of Group consolidation principles and Swiss GAAP FER Affinity for process improvements and system-driven finance processes Solid knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements Experience with consolidation systems, ideally Cognos Strong IT affinity and good Excel skills Strong analytical skills and high attention to quality and detail Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment Fluent German and English skills are required Why Join GC International AG
