About the Role As HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle you will ensure smooth, compliant, and employee‑centric HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while owning core HR processes, including HR administration, payroll coordination, time and absence management, and workforce reporting.
This role is key to delivering a high‑quality employee experience and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic, international environment.
This is an individual contributor role without team leadership – the role is quite operational and touches many topics.
HR Business Partnering
Act as the primary HR contact for assigned functional leaders and employees
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee movements
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
Advise managers on employee lifecycle‑related topics
Escalate complex employee relations issues when required
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including:
Onboarding and hiring
Contract preparation and amendments
Internal transfers and promotions
Compensation and position changes
Leave and absence management
Offboarding and exit processes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Coordinate probation reviews and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle processes
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (HRIS)
Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
Manage personnel files and document retention
Support internal and external audits
Payroll & Compensation Support
Act as the main interface between HR and payroll providers
Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including:
New hires and terminations
Salary and bonus changes
Absence‑related adjustments
Allowances and deductions
Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies
Support annual compensation review processes
Time & Absence Management
Administer time tracking and absence processes
Monitor vacation, sick leave, and other absences
Advise managers and employees on attendance policies
Ensure accurate recording and payroll alignment of absences
Identify absenteeism trends and provide insights
HR Reporting & Analytics
Produce regular HR reports and workforce insights
Track key metrics such as:
Headcount
Turnover
Maintain HR dashboards and ensure data accuracy
Support leadership with data‑driven decision making
Requirements – Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of progressive experience in HR operations and HR business partnering
Strong experience in:
Employee lifecycle management
Payroll coordination
HRIS and reporting
Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
Experience in an international or matrix organization preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Service‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Analytical and structured approach to problem‑solving
