It’s this mindset that helps us drive innovation, respect each other, and create real value for the future of oral health. /li /brliIf you’re looking to join a successful, global company with real career opportunities, we’d love to meet you. /li /br /ul /brh3About the role /h3 /brul /brliGC International AG (GCIAG) is currently recruiting an experienced hands‑on Transfer Pricing Specialist / Controller (m/f/d). /li /brliThis is an exciting opportunity to join the global headquarters organization and play a key role in supporting the Group’s transfer pricing processes, documentation standards and tax‑related finance activities across an international matrix organization. /li /brliAs part of the principal company (GCIAG), acting as the global headquarters of the Group, the role contributes to the coordination, preparation and timely submission of transfer pricing documentation for the GC Group, while supporting business expansion initiatives, financial calculations, reporting activities and continuous process improvements. /li /br /ul /brh3Your responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliCoordinate the preparation and timely submission of transfer pricing documentation for the GC Group /li /brliSupport the Head of Group Tax on transfer pricing topics related to business expansion and principal model structures in Japan and Rest of World markets /li /brliContribute to the implementation, maintenance and further development of transfer pricing tools, including financial data management and calculation reviews /li /brliMaintain calculations, documentation and supporting materials related to foreign subsidiaries, CbCR reporting, BEPS requirements and other tax attributes /li /brliSupport monthly reporting, closing activities, tax budget preparation and transfer pricing compliance reviews /li /brliLead or contribute to selected tax and finance projects, including transfer pricing engine set‑up and financial calculations /li /brliCollaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, business stakeholders and external advisers /li /brliSupport process optimization, documentation improvements and the consistent application of transfer pricing standards across international entities /li /br /ul /brh3Your profile /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field /li /brliSeveral years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax or cross‑border tax matters, ideally within an international environment /li /brliGood understanding of finance processes, tax reporting and transfer pricing compliance requirements /li /brliExperience with commercial tax topics, financial calculations and documentation standards /li /brliAffinity for process improvements, project work and system‑driven finance processes /li /brliStrong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate issues using multiple sources of information /li /brliExperience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring and reporting /li /brliConfident working in an international matrix organization and collaborating across functions and cultures /li /brliMeticulous, reliable and deadline‑oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality /li /brliGood MS Office skills and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools /li /brliExperience with transfer pricing tools (IC prices), SAP and accounting / controlling processes would be considered a strong asset /li /brliTeam‑oriented, open‑minded and resilient, with clear communication and stakeholder management skills /li /brliFluent English skills are required; German or any additional language is an advantage /li /br /ul /brh3Why join GC International AG /h3 /brpAt GC International AG, you will be part of a growing, innovative company with a global footprint.
