Purpose of the job As a Product Manager for Orthodontic Appliances, you lead the development and management of our core Orthodontic product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, orthodontic materials, and a passion for driving product success in the orthodontic industry. Main responsibilities: You prepare the launch of new products and make sure all the regulatory requirements, forecast, stock, product information package and marketing plans are in place You guide existing products through their life cycles Your ability to analyse the market and the competition, combined with your professional experience, enables you to steer the product portfolio in new design directions and position products where they attract the right target groups In your interface functions you maintain a constant exchange of information with all departments relevant to the company, in particular Sales, Marketing Communication, Training & Education, Regulatory and R&D You support the opinion leader network & collect input from them to develop new products or support GC Prescriptions You create and maintain product documentation, train and support the sales organization, develop of marketing campaign together with the marketing communication team You monitor the sales of your product range and analyse the effect of marketing activities on regional sales You contribute to new product Requirements: You have a degree related to Dentistry/ Orthodontics or another medical field, and preferably you have also acquired professional experience in the orthodontic industry You are fluent in both written and oral English and German Knowledge of French is a plus (spoken) Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to work in a structured manner with great personal initiative, and to set priorities Strong communication skills at any level Project Management skills, able to steer a project team You Have experience in Aligner orthodontics business (Minimum 1 year) Ability to travel Haben wir Interesse geweckt?
