h3Job Description Summary /h3 pWhat impact you’ll make /p h3Job Description /h3 h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liManage commercial aspects of purchase orders with suppliers for assigned commodities, including but not limited to: ul liContribute to making supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. /li liSupport to determine suppliers to solicit quotes from for specific project demands. /li liLead negotiations and involve global commodity leader for key strategic material and allocate demands to specific suppliers. /li liEnsure selected supplier is capable of meeting all GEV requirements; gain internal buy-in for any exceptions. /li liManage purchase order changes as necessary. /li liManage commercial claims with suppliers regarding delivery and quality issues. /li /ul /li liDevelop content expertise for assigned commodities with support of cross functional stakeholders. /li liIdentify and support process improvement activities. /li liCommunicate and resolve complex issues, building consensus and commitment from key stakeholders. Utilize persuasion skills to influence others. /li liGrow to be able to use sound judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks and issues. /li liUses technical experience, data analytics, and cross-functional inputs to support recommendations. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) /h3 ul liKnowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). /li liThis role would welcome prior experience in Sourcing Commodity Management. /li liFluent English language skills /li /ul h3What will make you stand out /h3 ul liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to analyze and resolve problems. /li liAbility to lead programs / projects. /li liAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. /li /ul pbOther information: /b /p pThe position involves approximately 10% travel. /p pFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94.600 and $157.700 The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
