Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new designs and design improvements
• Execute and document subsystem and component/software validation test plans
• Evaluate power circuit protection and coordination
• Participate in FMEA and risk assessment and root cause analysis activities
• Resolve field service cases and support failure investigations
• Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers, manufacturing, and services teams
• Test and qualify components/firmware for production and resolve issues as needed to maintain product quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University

• Experience in one of more of the following areas demonstrated through course work, internships, or other experiences:
  • Power electronics and control systems
  • Wind turbine or photovoltaic system technologies.
  • Instrumentation and measurement of power converters.
  • Arc Flash analysis (EasyPower or SKM) and testing
  • Top Box / Control Cabinet design
• Passionate about renewable energy and/or sustainability
