Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ensure quality control, and support the Project Manager/Director in all quality-related matters.
Lead project process audits.
Manage customer inspections and ensure timely notifications.
Ensure that defined quality objectives are achieved through measurement, audits, and corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analyses and support "Lessons Learned" initiatives.
Participate in project assessments and ensure coverage of quality aspects.
Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for suppliers and construction sites according to contract and GE requirements.
Manage project non-conformances, conduct reviews, and track corrective actions.
Monitor the customer satisfaction process.
