Your Responsibilities
- Independently leading the technical bidding process.
- Clarifying customer technical requirements regarding technical, economic, and scheduling feasibility.
- Developing concepts, system designs, and technical bid preparation with support from specialized departments, while considering and evaluating technical, economic, and schedule-related risks.
- Preparing and executing internal approval processes.
- Conducting technical clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors.
- Providing technical customer support.
- Contributing to the further development of product and system solutions for customers and identifying new areas of application.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical equipment and plants (drive technology, power engineering).
- Ideally, several years of professional experience with Voltage Source Inverters, MMC technology, Static Frequency Converters, Excitation Systems, and system design for variable speed and conventional pumped storage applications.
- Ideally, proficiency in MATLAB, DigSilent PowerFactory, or similar simulation tools for system component design.
- Independent, structured, analytical, and proactive working style.
- Confident and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- Mobility and flexibility regarding business travel and stays abroad.

Vos missions
- Pilotage des offres : Vous prenez en charge, en toute autonomie, le processus complet d'appels d'offres techniques.
- Analyse de faisabilité : Vous clarifiez les besoins clients en évaluant la faisabilité technique, économique et les délais de réalisation.
- Conception de solutions : Vous élaborez des concepts et des designs système en collaboration avec nos départements spécialisés, tout en identifiant et en maîtrisant les risques techniques et financiers.
- Processus internes : Vous préparez et portez les dossiers auprès des instances de validation internes.
- Négociation : Vous assurez les clarifications techniques et les négociations avec nos sous-traitants.
- Support & Innovation : Vous accompagnez techniquement les clients et contribuez activement à l'amélioration de nos solutions produits, tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d'application.
Profil recherché
- Formation : Diplôme en génie électrique.
- Expérience : Une expérience significative dans le domaine des équipements et installations électriques (entraînement, génie électrique).
- Expertise technique : Une connaissance approfondie des onduleurs de tension (VSI), de la technologie MMC, des convertisseurs de fréquence statiques, des systèmes d'excitation et de la conception système pour les applications de pompage-turbinage est un atout majeur.
- Outils : Une maîtrise de MATLAB, DigSilent PowerFactory ou d'outils de simulation similaires pour la conception des composants système est très appréciée.
- Soft Skills : Vous travaillez de manière indépendante, structurée et proactive. Vous faites preuve d'une excellente capacité de communication et d'une aisance relationnelle dans des contextes professionnels exigeants.
- Langues : Anglais courant (lu, écrit, parlé) indispensable.
- Mobilité : Vous êtes mobile et flexible pour des déplacements professionnels, y compris à l'international.
