As the Workstream Lead Lead to Cash (L2C) (f/m/d), you will drive the design, implementation, and stabilization of the L2C scope within the global Transform360 Wave 4 program. You will ensure alignment between business requirements, global process standards, and rollout activities while collaborating with business, IT, and external implementation partners. Lead the global L2C workstream across all project phases from design through hypercare Own the successful delivery of the Lead-to-Cash scope and ensure alignment with the global template Drive process and solution design decisions in collaboration with key stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional topics and dependencies with other workstreams Manage risks, issues, and escalations within the L2C domain Oversee testing activities (FUT, SIT, UAT) and ensure business readiness for go-live Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and related business functions Proven leadership experience in global or multi-country transformation projects Ability to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with system integrators and global delivery models. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
