Overview
In this Treasury-focused role, you will support and execute financing transactions and manage financing agreements across their lifecycle. You will drive strategic treasury initiatives, optimize cash flow, and enhance reporting and digital treasury solutions. You will develop financial models and business cases to guide financing and investment decisions, while coordinating funding activities with banks, rating agencies, and external partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to sustain liquidity and improve transparency, in a collaborative international setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support and execute financing transactions (syndicated loans, credit facilities, guarantees)
- Manage financing agreements and relationships with banks, rating agencies, and external partners
- Drive treasury initiatives for working capital optimization and cash flow management
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for financing decisions
- Prepare management materials for Treasury leadership and senior management
- Enhance treasury reporting and digital treasury solutions for transparency and efficiency
- Coordinate public funding and grant activities including compliance
- Act as backup for treasury back-office operations and ensure process continuity
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or debt advisory
- Proven experience in structuring or managing external financing facilities
- Strong understanding of capital structure, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Experience with financial institutions, rating agencies, and external advisors
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury reporting is a plus
