Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end I2O workstream within the Transform360 Wave 4 program, aligning logistics processes to the global template. You will coordinate Business, IT, Users, and partners to ensure successful delivery of inbound and outbound logistics capabilities. You will own design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities across SAP EWM and related logistics functions. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage risks and drive the global transformation. This is an impactful, hands-on position shaping scalable logistics solutions in a global setting.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the global I2O workstream across all project phases from mobilization to hypercare
- Drive process and solution design aligned with the global template and logistics standards
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure end-to-end alignment with P2P, L2C, Finance, Data, and Integration
- Own testing activities (FUT, SIT, UAT), defect management, and sign-off readiness
- Support training, cutover, and go-live activities
- Scope includes inbound logistics, warehouse management (SAP EWM), outbound logistics, TM integration, inventory management, and master data
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Inbound-to-Outbound, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Execution
- Proven experience leading global SAP transformation, rollout, or digitalization programs
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM and logistics execution processes; SAP TM experience highly desirable
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels
- Experience with system integrators and international project teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
